In early august we flew to Washington and then drove up to Indian Lake Pennsylvania. We were there for almost three weeks. I worked on the boathouse with dad's help while also preparing for Mum and Dad's 40th Wedding Anniversary Party. The week after the party we had what I would consider a southwestern Pennsylvania all inclusive vacation. We golfed, went to an amusement park with Winston, saw the Steelers training camp, went to a Pittsburgh Pirates game, and generally had a nice time at the lake. It was nice to be back in PA, to drive the truck on winding country roads, soaking up the green views, and swimming in fresh water. I had forgotten how amazing that part of the world can be in August with summer in full swing.
